About

Dr. Ann Garland has been a licensed Psychologist in California for over 25 years. As a Professor at UCSD and USD, where she was the Chair of the Department of Counseling & MFT, she has trained hundreds of psychotherapists across disciplines. Based on this experience, she published the book, "Pursuing a Career as a Mental Health Professional: A Comprehensive Guide for Aspiring Professionals" (2022 by Oxford University Press). Ann has a small private psychotherapy practice and is also available for clinical supervision.
